Senior ICT Project Manager Digital Meters

As an ICT Project Manager, you will be deployed on the following projects: - Finalizing Digital Conversion (FIDIGO): the continuation of the rollout of digital meters in homes and buildings with more complex installations - Preparation for the implementation of 'larger' gas meters (G16 and G25) as digital meters As an ICT PM, you actively collaborate with various teams, with the objective of achieving a working whole across the entire chain. • You have extensive experience working with projects, as well as ICT-driven projects and their deliverables within the various phases (Analysis, design, test, transition, ...). • You continuously monitor the progress of the project and take the necessary initiatives to ensure the project proceeds within the set criteria (time, budget, quality), even in a changing context. • You proactively manage project risks and bottlenecks, providing the correct diagnosis and interpretation. • You ensure an up-to-date status of the project in terms of budget, time, scope, risk, and bottlenecks for all stakeholders. • You lead the project according to the methodology agreed upon within Fluvius and ensure that it is consistently applied by the project staff. • You monitor the substantive dependencies with other projects within the program. • You work closely with analysts and projects within the various programs. • You are responsible for the correct guidance and reporting to end users for the initiatives under your responsibility. • Knowledge and experience in testing and quality control of software development in general, and user acceptance testing in particular, is important. • You think pragmatically and solution-oriented within an agreed scope. • You analyze problems and come up with efficient, simple solutions. • You are diplomatic and communicate fluently with various stakeholders. • You contribute to better cooperation through information exchange with colleagues. • You are open to being multi-deployable depending on the evolving context and can easily handle changing circumstances. • You can be deployed from the various (head) offices of Fluvius within Flanders.
