Senior Business Analyst

In the context of future changes and innovations in the energy market, Fluvius manages a project portfolio that requires substantive and project-based support. As the Market Coordination department, we guide various projects and take on a central expertise role for their interfaces with market operations and data management. We monitor adjustments to the legal framework, support business transformation, and form the bridge between various internal and external stakeholders. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Business Analyst. • You will take on a role as a Business Analyst within one or more projects in which Market Coordination participates. • You monitor substantive dependencies with other projects. You work closely with other Business Analysts in this regard. • You facilitate discussions between process owners, (S)BPAs, and internal/external experts by using best-practice processes and supporting change acceptance. • You contribute to projects by providing expertise, supporting project managers on content, and reviewing deliverables. • You ensure the documentation and follow-up of working groups and discussions (decisions, proposals, etc.) through clear and concise documentation. • You maintain an overview of the topics under analysis and take changing priorities into account. You communicate about this in a transparent manner to the team and stakeholders. • You develop overarching communication and training materials. • You prepare internal and external working groups and participate actively in them. • You thoroughly analyze new initiatives or change requests. In doing so, you take both a market perspective and a Fluvius perspective into account. • You prepare end-to-end test scenarios and provide support during their execution. • You support migration and transition activities.
