The domain in which there is an open Analyst position is Finance & Risk Reporting in the Technology (IT) department. More specifically the Analyst will work in the area of Financial Reporting, Profitability, ALM & Liquidity. The mission will take place in a scrum team that manages a set of in-house created applications mostly written in PL-SQL. The applications collect, transform, aggregate data from several sources but mostly accounting and provide several calculations to the business. Therefor, good knowledge of SQL as well as domain knowledge related to bank products and accounting is a prerequisite for the position. Based on the solution designed by the Lead Analyst, you translate the (non)functional requirements into analysis for small/medium size features related to processes/systems within the (sub)domain. You coordinate small projects. You build domain knowledge in banking/insurance operations, products, and services. You understand the regulatory requirements and compliance standards governing the banking/insurance industry. You apply modeling languages/tools for your analysis. You have a basic technical knowledge of the domain systems. You know about and ensure qualitative solutions using different testing techniques. You translate the requirements into an analysis for small/medium size features and solutions related to processes/systems within the (sub)domain. You cooperate in setting up the testscenario`s with testteam and end users. You write testcases and you execute integration testing. In case of incident (software, process, administration) you suggest/implement a solution and communicate to the stakeholders. You maintain the domain systems to guarantee 100% availability. You keep the systems documentation up to date. Based on your domain knowledge , you design features to a more `client centric` or efficiënt service offering . You support and cooperate with the team members and users to be successful as a team. You explain the processes, software and tools in place to endusers. You follow and enforce current team processes and tools. You make sure everybody understands the benefits and tradeoffs. In case of changes, you analyse the impact. You have impact on team level. You give advice to team members and to users. You coordinate activities/small projects within the subdomain and with your stakeholders such as distribution of tasks and follow up of the progress. The type of activities are analysis, design, implementation, testing, high level cost estimations and execution of tasks. You make detailed and consolidated reporting to stakeholders including your team leader and you highlight attention points. You take initiative. You are a continuous learner with growth mindset.
