You collaborate with various stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, and to ensure that the developed solutions meet these requirements effectively. Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering: You work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and other parties to gather and understand business requirements. You conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to elicit detailed requirements. Requirements Analysis: You analyze and document business requirements, ensuring they are clear, complete, and feasible. You translate these requirements into functional specifications and user stories. Solution Design: You collaborate with solution designers, technical designers, and developers to ensure that the proposed solutions meet the business requirements and align with the organization's strategic goals. Process Modeling: You create and maintain process models, workflows, and business rules to ensure that the developed solutions support the business processes effectively. Stakeholder Management: You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure that the functional specifications meet their expectations and requirements. Quality Assurance: You work with quality assurance teams to ensure that the implemented solutions meet the functional specifications and quality standards. You participate in testing activities to validate that the solutions meet the business requirements. Documentation: You prepare and maintain detailed documentation of functional specifications, user stories, and business processes. Continuous Improvement: You participate in retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives to refine and enhance functional analysis processes. Implementation Support: You provide support to development teams during the implementation phase to ensure that the functional specifications are correctly interpreted and implemented. Cross-Functional Projects: You participate in the implementation of cross-functional IT projects, ensuring that the functional analysis aligns with the overall project goals and business needs.
